1. When you use this website, register as a user and play competitions, you enter into a contract with Trippin Nomad Ltd, as it owns and operates this website and the competitions and games on it. This contract is subject to the terms and conditions set out below, the privacy policy and the competition rules displayed on this website from time to time (the "Terms and Conditions").
2. By entering a competition at www.trippinnomad.co.uk, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
3. Trippin Nomad operates both "free to play" and "paid" competitions.
4. Our paid competitions are operated as a skill based competition and not as a lottery or a raffle.
5. Trippin Nomad Ltd reserves the right to add new activities or competitions to www.trippinnomad.co.uk or to discontinue any activity or competition at any time.

Qualifying Persons

6. You cannot play under any circumstances if you are not at least 16 years of age.
7. Online competitions are restricted to individuals of legal age as determined in the jurisdiction in which the individual resides.
8. Participation in the activities and competitions of www.trippinnomad.co.uk is open only to residents of those jurisdictions where such participation is legal and not prohibited. Participation in the competitions is void wherever prohibited by law. Trippin Nomad Ltd makes no representations as to your legal right to participate in the competitions.
9. Employees of Trippin Nomad Ltd, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents or retailers and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible to participate in competitions.

User Accounts & Competition Entry

10. Any participation in a competition is at your sole option, discretion and risk. By playing the competition you acknowledge that you do not find the competition to be offensive, objectionable, unfair or indecent.
11. You are only permitted to enter www.trippinnomad.co.uk for your own personal entertainment and non-professional use. Any other entrance, access, use or reuse of www.trippinnomad.co.uk is strictly prohibited.
12. Only one account per person is permitted. Unfortunately, this is necessary to prevent abuse of our competitions.
13. Trippin Nomad Ltd reserves the right to close accounts registered from certain countries. This policy is required after high volume fraud originated in these countries. Prizes will not be issued to players from these countries. We apologise to the customers from the countries detailed below for the inconvenience caused.
o The countries are: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Indonesia, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Moldova, Montenegro, Nigeria, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine and Yugoslavia
14. Trippin Nomad Ltd reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. Trippin Nomad Ltd reserves the right, to void any prizes in any of the following circumstances:
o If you have more than one active account
o If you provide incorrect or misleading registration information
o If you are under 16
o If you reside in a jurisdiction where participation in the competitions is prohibited by law
o If you have not played the competitions on an individual basis for personal entertainment only (that is, you have played in a professional sense or in concert with other player(s) as part of a club, group, etc.)
o If you have "charged back" any delivery charge you were required to pay
o If you are found cheating or if it is determined by Trippin Nomad Ltd that you have employed or made use of a system (including machines, computers, software or other automated systems) designed specifically to defeat our competitions
o If you do not log into your account for a period of 180 days
15. To enter a "paid" competition you will need to purchase a competition entry ("click") using your mobile phone. The competition entry will be charged to your mobile phone bill. For current pricing please refer to the Buy Clicks pages on www.trippinnomad.co.uk

Competition Judgement & Prizes

16. Trippin Nomad “paid” competitions will display an image with an item missing. You will use skill and judgement to decide the most likely position of the missing item and this spot will be registered as your entry in the competition.
17. The position of the missing item in a “paid” competition will be determined by an Independent Judge appointed by Trippin Nomad Ltd. The Judge’s chosen position will be stored securely in the competition database. The winner will be the person who first identifies the same position as chosen by the Judge.
18. A “paid” competition will close immediately when an entrant matches the Judge’s coordinates.

Winners and Prize Delivery

19. In the case of there being more than one winner of a competition, the monetary equivalent of the prize will be split equally amongst the number of winners.
20. Trippin Nomad or its partner will contact winners using the email address they have registered with. They will endeavour to deliver prizes to winners, however in some circumstances you may need to collect your prize in person.
21. If a winner is located outside the UK, they will be required to pay an appropriate delivery charge to receive their prize.
22. The winner will be required to confirm their identity, age and address details. The management of Trippin Nomad Ltd reserves the right to withhold despatch of prizes to any player pending verification of the player's identity.
23. In the UK and European Union the prize will be delivered with UK VAT paid. Any other taxes/import duties/registration costs will be the responsibility of the prize winner. In all other countries the prize will be shipped (net of taxes) to the nearest port and any applicable taxes/import duties/registration costs will be the responsibility of the prize winner. Trippin Nomad Ltd reserves the right not to deliver to certain countries.
24. By accepting a prize from Trippin Nomad Ltd, you consent to the use of your name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.

Mistakes or Complaints

25. We make every effort to ensure that errors or mistakes do not occur in any competition. We reserve the right to void any prizes resulting from any obvious error or mistake, or any technical fault with any of the competitions offered. You will forfeit any prizes that result from such errors or mistakes or technical faults.
26. If you feel that a competition has been played unfairly then you must contact our Customer Support team (through our Contact webpage) with the competition details and a screenshot of the competition/ issue for us to assist you.
27. If you have any dispute with regard to any outcome in a competition, you must submit your complaint in writing through our Contact webpage within fourteen (14) days. In the event of a discrepancy between the result showing on your screen and the competition server software, the result showing in the competition server software shall be the official and governing result of the competition.

Electronic Communication

28. You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password secure and secret. You shall not allow any other person or third party to use or reuse your account, access and/or use any material or information from the website, accept any prize or participate in any competition.
29. Trippin Nomad Ltd shall not be required to maintain usernames or passwords, if the player misplaces, forgets, loses or is otherwise unable to enter the website because of anything other than Trippin Nomad Ltd's error.
30. Trippin Nomad Ltd shall not be liable for computer or Internet malfunctions nor attempts by the player to participate in competitions by methods, means or ways not intended by Trippin Nomad Ltd.

Cheating and Fraud

31. If you are found to be cheating or attempting to defraud a competition, or if you make untrue and/or malicious comments with regard to Trippin Nomad Ltd's operation, Trippin Nomad Ltd reserves the right to publicise your actions together with your identity and e-mail address, as well as circulate this information to other prize and competition companies, banks, credit card companies and appropriate agencies.

Limits of Liability

32. You shall hold Trippin Nomad Ltd, its employees, officers, directors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents and retailers harmless and shall fully indemnify same from any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages whatsoever that may arise as a result of:
o Your entry, use or reuse of the website
o Your use of any materials at the website
o Your entry, use or reuse of the competitions' server
o Your participation in a competition
o Your acceptance of any prize
33. Trippin Nomad Ltd, its affiliates and related companies shall not be liable for any claims, expenses, loss of profits or damages (including direct, indirect, special or consequential damages) arising from:
o The use of, or dependence on, information contained in this website
o Any error or omission in such information, or failure to update information in a timely manner
o Use of third party websites linked to our website
o Any internet software used in connection with our website, computer viruses, or other destructive programs encountered as a result of using our website
o All other matters related to this website; even if Trippin Nomad Ltd is made aware of possible claims, expenses, damages or losses.
34. All intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, all trade mark rights and copyright) in the brand "Trippin Nomad" (word and logo) and the website's graphic user interface, content and look and feel in Trippin Nomad. You agree that you will not display or use the brand or the website's graphic user interface, content or look and feel in any manner unless you have been given Trippin Nomad's prior written consent to do so.

Personal Data

35. We are committed to protecting your privacy and promise only to use information collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
36. When you register on www.trippinnomad.co.uk, we may ask you for certain information and you may submit personal data to Trippin Nomad Ltd (for example your name, phone number, postal address, email address, contact details). We may also record which competitions you entered as well as customer traffic patterns and site use. This information will be kept securely in accordance with our internal security policy and may be used to:
o Process your competition entry
o Provide you with an up to date, efficient and reliable service
o Help to prevent fraud and reserve the right to refuse registration on that basis
o Inform you about future competitions that we are running
37. By registering on our site and submitting your data you agree to this use. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

Terms and Conditions

38. Trippin Nomad Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, or to implement or amend any procedures, at any time without prior notice to you. Such amendments will be implemented at the discretion of Trippin Nomad Ltd management and put into immediate effect. Such procedural changes will only be in response to the interests and security of www.trippinnomad.co.uk.
39. The Terms and Conditions contained herein represent the complete, final and exclusive agreement between you and Trippin Nomad Ltd and supersede and merge all prior agreements, representations and understandings between you and Trippin Nomad Ltd with regards to playing our competitions.
